Resting Heart Rate

Resting Heart Rate, or RHR, is the number of heartbeats per minute at rest. It’s both a gauge of your heart health and a biomarker of aging, it’s one of the simplest and best measures of your health.

AHI

AHI records the number of apnea and hypopnea episodes per hour of sleep supervision in order to analyses them and determine the degree of sleep apnea severity the patient suffers from.

Toss and Turn

Tossing and turning generally occur during brief arousals from sleep during the night, it can help to evaluate insomnia, sleep cycle, drugs’ impacts on sleep, etc.

Sleep debt

Sleep debt, describes the cumulative effect of a person not having sufficient sleep. It’s important for people to understand that a large sleep debt can well lead to physical and/or mental fatigue.

SpO2

Saturation of blood oxygen refers to the ratio of oxygen-saturated hemoglobin compared to all hemoglobin. The human body needs and adjusts the precise balance of oxygen in the blood.

HRV (beta)

Heart Rate Variability is a measure of the variation in time between each heartbeat. This variation is controlled by a primitive part of the nervous system called the autonomic nervous system (ANS).

While we’re getting sleep, our brain goes through various patterns of activity. It’s a predictable cycle that includes two basic types of sleep: rapid eye movement (REM) sleep and non-REM.
